MR. GIRIRAJ KHANDELWAL, FCA, LLB & B.COM.

CA Giriraj Khandelwal is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is the proprietor of the firm Giriraj Khandelwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants.

He has vast experience of 30 years in the field of formation, taxation of charitable trust and matters relating to the compliance with the office of Honorable Charity Commissioner.

He has also completed his L.L.B.

He has experience in the following areas of practice:

• Formation of Charitable Trusts & Societies under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950
• Statutory Audit of Charitable organizations.
• Tax Audit of Charitable Trusts & Societies
• Advisory on various matters in relation to formation, taxation & governing of Charitable Trusts specially in the Education Sector.
• Compliances with the office of Charity Commissioner
• Representing the clients before the Income-Tax Authorities.
• Representing the clients under GST, Service Tax & Sales Tax matters.
• Internal Audit

He is also a committee member of the Borivali Central CPE Study Circle of ICAI. It is one of the biggest and most active Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI. He is also the past convenor of the said Study Circle.

Further, he was in the Indirect-Tax Committee of WIRC of ICAI in the FY 2013-14.

He is a Trustee of Bombay Cambridge Gurukul Education Trust since 2014. Mr. Giriraj Khandelwal has delivered lectures on Formation and Taxation of Public Charitable Trust in Borivali (Central) CPE study circle formed under Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA Aman Khandelwal, B.COM, ACA, FAFD, MBA

CA Aman Khandelwal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2013. He completed his graduation (B.COM) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics. He did his CA articleship of 3 years with Haribhakti & Company, Chartered Accounts in the Direct Tax Department.

After Chartered Accountancy, he has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Entrepreneurship from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad.

Since the past 4 years, he is working with Giriraj Khandelwal & Associates. He deals with :

• Income-Tax Matters of all types of clients including Companies, Charitable Trusts including Educational Institutes, Religious organisations & other NGOs, Individuals, LLP’s etc.
• Formation & Registration of Charitable Organisations
• Registration of Trusts & Societies u/s 12AA & 80G of the Income-Tax Act.
• Representation of clients before Income-Tax officer, Commissioner of Income-Tax & ITAT.
• Statutory Audit under Maharashtra Public Trusts Act & Income-Tax Audit of various charitable organisations.
• GST Return filing & GST Audits

He is also a keen learner and has completed the following courses along with examination:

• Certificate course by ICAI on preparation of Appeals, Drafting of Deed & Documents & Representation before Appellate Authorities & Statutory Bodies.
• Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection conducted by ICAI.
• Certificate course on Public Finance & Government Accounting by ICAI.
• Certificate Course on Goods & Service tax (GST) conducted by ICAI.
• Attended the course on Diploma in International Taxation (DIIT) conducted by ICAI. (Yet to clear the examination)
• Passed the exam on Basics Principles of International Taxation of the course Advanced Diploma in International Taxation conducted by Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK.

He is also a committee member of the Borivali Central CPE Study Circle of ICAI. It is one of the biggest and most active Study circle of WIRC of ICAI.
